One Voice Wales, in collaboration with the Welsh Government and other partners, has developed a comprehensive set of guidelines to assist Councils in digital operations and online services. The guidance encompasses the operational and regulatory framework and provides detailed steps for procuring and deploying digital services where relevant.
It is important to note that this document does not constitute an exhaustive guide to the powers and duties of councils regarding digital operations.
